Three unique dances by a preeminent choreographer

Flemish-Moroccan choreographer Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui has countless awards to his name. In Leve Larbi, dance company Introdans perform three of Cherkaoui’s distinguished choreographies. The first is Loin; about distance, both literally and figuratively. It explores dance as a means of bridging the gap between different people and different cultures. For Orbo Novo, Charkaoui was inspired by the freedom, energy, connection, and loneliness that he experienced in New York. The evening draws to a close with the Dutch premiere of Pure, an ecstatic and virtuosic dance duet that deals with themes like purity and cleansing.
