The 29th edition of interdisciplinary performance series No Patent Pending has been organized by The Hague artist collective iii to mark the closing of their Connect the Dots programme, which explores the relationship between objects and the body. The audience will be invited to take part in the interactive experiences set up by the artists. The night boasts installations and performances by sound artist Cathy van Eck, instrument makers Peter Bosch & Simone Simons, performance group BMB con., artist colllective O K A P I and experimental furniture designer Ymke Vertelman.
Tim Terpstra succesfully launched We Are Public in The Hague, Leiden and Delft as chief curator and project leader. He is a freelance curator and creative producer. In this role, he works together with and makes connection between creatives, artists and organisations in the field of art, music and digital culture. Tim has strong ties with The Hague, but is often involved with international projects. Previously, Tim has worked as a curator and project manager at TodaysArt and Bright Collisions, where he was responsible for networks such as We Are Europe, SHAPE and ICAS. On top of this, Tim has been involved with founding the Hyphae music platform and the Teletekst is dood! Collective. He has also been working odd jobs for FutureEverything and Underground Resistance.
