Wat is nou een betere locatie voor een kunstfestival dan de buitenlucht? VLOED is geen doorsnee festival, maar een culturele ontdekkingstocht. Al fietsend of wandelend kom je langs culturele ‘pitstops’ vol dans, kunst en bijzondere acts. En dat op iconische plekken in het dorp en midden in de Zandvoortse duinen.
